Tuition Information: Tuition includes materials fees (unless otherwise noted). Books are not included.

Math - One hour course: $275 per course for 35 weeks. If parents desire, an optional second hour will be available for 5th and 6th grades. An additional class is required for Pre-Algebra and Algebra. Place, time, & fee for this optional class is to be determined by the math teacher. If the minimum of students doesn't enroll, the class can still be held as a tutored class with payment arrangements made by the teacher

Language Arts - 1.5 hour courses: $447 per course for 35 weeks $12.77/week  

Science, History, Languages, and Gym - One hour courses: $275 per course for 35 weeks.  

Art - One and a half hour courses: $225 per semester (17 weeks)

Non-Refundable Annual Registration Fee: $50 on or before May 31st, $60 after May 31st.

Tuition Payments: May be paid in full or in two payments. The first payment is due August 15th; payment is to be equivalent of ½ of the annual tuition being charged and the second payment is due January 15th. Invoices will be emailed out prior to payment due date. Please pay by the due date to save time and money.

Late fees: $25 per month will be assessed for overdue balances.

Add/ Drop/Change Class Fees: $50 per class will be assessed for changes to class enrollment made after August 1.

Umbrella School fee: Delaware students taking four or more core subjects at CGA may register under the CGA umbrella for a fee of $25.00.

Tuition Refund Policy A full tuition refund minus the $50 Add/Drop/Change fee will be given if the student is withdrawn from class before the first class. If the student is withdrawn before the second quarter, the balance of the dropped class will be refunded minus the $50 Add/ Drop/Change fee. If the student is withdrawn after the first quarter, there will be no refund and complete payment is required.
