Access Denied When Two Browsers are Installed

If you get and access denied error message after logging in the toe site, then following a link, check to make sure the paged is opening in the same web browser as the one you logged in on.

In the (perhaps rare) case where you have two browsers installed, it is possble that you are using the one which is not the "default". Since your default browser is the one to open a new link and the browsers do not share cookies, you will get the denied error because the second browser session doe not "know" you have logged in.

It may be technical gibberish but remeber if you have Firefox and Internet Explorer in use on a single computer, you may see this Access Denied error.
